Hi there!
I would just leave the eggs where they are for the time being. The parents will probably move them after they hatch - hopefully to something a little smaller. Give the parents a chance to hatch them - they will do a much better job removing the dead eggs than you can and they are a joy to watch!. Once you see the wrigglers you can either risk leaving them where they are or pull them. Best wishes, Mary.
